Pursuing equitable economic growth in Central Java requires a shift from urban-centric industrialization to a decentralized, village-based green economy. In line with the vision of Governor Ahmad Luthfi and Deputy Governor Taj Yasin for 2025–2030, this paper explores the strategic integration of village potential with green industry policies. By analyzing the advantages of local products (batik natural dyes and organic coconut sugar), natural assets (Karangsambung-Karangbolong Geopark), and cultural wisdom (the energy self-sufficiency model in Sambak Village), this paper outlines structural challenges and offers actionable policy recommendations. The proposed strategy aims to empower Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), localize Green Industry Standards, and secure sustainable financing to realize the vision of a "Golden Indonesia 2045".
